‘Christmas is coming, the goose is getting fat...’
Well not anymore. Increasingly we are aware of the struggle Personal Injury lawyers are experiencing in a challenging PI sector. This year we have seen a number of high profile closures and consolidation in the industry and no doubt there will be more to come.
The Government is pressing ahead with the whiplash reforms which now look almost certain to come into effect in April 2020. This will no doubt heap further pressure on PI solicitors, but that is something we have all become used to in recent years.
