The onset of the Coronavirus pandemic has touched all our lives both personally and professionally and the impact may be seen for months to come.

Our colleagues and clients at Box Legal Limited are extremely important to us and following on from the Government’s updated guidance on Monday evening, we want to reassure you that we are taking all of the necessary steps to protect both our team and all those that we work with.

We are aware that the next few weeks and months will be challenging for firms and it will take some time for us all to get used to our new way of working.

We wanted to reassure you that Box Legal Limited is fully operational and each department is now based remotely from home and working as usual. You will be able to access all our services in the same way, either via our website www.boxlegal.co.uk  or via your Proclaim system.  We would ask that all correspondence usually sent in hard copy format, should now be sent via email to either your account manager or to bespoke@boxlegal.co.uk. If you are unsure as to who your account manager is, please do get in touch. 

It would be helpful if you could continue to make payments in your usual way whilst these Coronavirus restrictions are in place, with remittance advices sent to marion@boxlegal.co.uk. Whilst we will continue to accept cheques during this period, we would prefer payments are made by BACS. Should you need these details, please contact us.
